How Reveddy accounts work, signing in with Google or email, switching organizations, and what happens during onboarding.

Reveddy Team
help account organization onboarding

Your user account is tied to an email address. Depending on how your workspace is configured, you may sign in with Google OAuth or email-based authentication. After you authenticate, Reveddy checks whether you belong to an organization. If you are new, you will be guided through onboarding to create an organization name and basic profile so the app can scope data correctly.

An organization is the billing and data boundary for campaigns, testimonials, API keys, integrations, and widgets. Users can belong to one organization or several; the organization switcher in the sidebar lets you change context instantly. All queries and actions in the dashboard respect the active organization, which is why verifying you are in the correct workspace matters before editing campaigns or billing.

Roles (such as owner, admin, and member) control what teammates can change—team management and sensitive settings are limited to appropriate roles. If you need access to a second brand or store, an owner or admin on that organization must invite you; you cannot join arbitrary workspaces without an invitation.

If you are stuck before onboarding completes, confirm you are using the same email you were invited with, and try signing out and back in. For production stores, designate at least two owners so billing and integrations remain accessible when someone is unavailable.
