1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Reveddy ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use our Service.

2. Use of Service

Reveddy provides an automated testimonial collection platform with incentive management. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Comply with FTC disclosure requirements when collecting incentivized testimonials

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Reveddy offers both free and paid subscription plans:

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your billing period

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the testimonials and content you collect through our Service. By using Reveddy, you grant us:

  • A license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service
  • Permission to use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics and service improvement

All Reveddy branding, software, and documentation remain our exclusive property.

6. FTC Compliance

While Reveddy provides tools to help you comply with FTC disclosure requirements for incentivized testimonials, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to misrepresent or falsify testimonials in any way.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software
  • Use automated systems to access the Service except through our API
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Collect or fabricate false testimonials

8. Third-Party Integrations

Reveddy integrates with third-party services such as Stripe, Shopify, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of these third-party services.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance or updates. We are not liable for any losses resulting from Service downtime.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reveddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
