Billing, plans, and payment methods

How Reveddy subscription billing works through Stripe Customer Portal, plan changes, and what to do if invoices fail.

Reveddy Team
help billing stripe subscription

Reveddy bills organizations through Stripe. Owners access Settings → Billing to view the current plan (such as Free, Starter, or Pro), usage context shown in-product, and a link to the Stripe Customer Portal where you can update payment methods, download invoices, and in many cases self-serve upgrades or downgrades.

Failed charges usually stem from expired cards, corporate procurement blocks, or insufficient funds. Stripe retries according to its dunning rules; update the card promptly to avoid interruption. If your finance team requires PO billing, contact Reveddy sales or support—self-serve checkout may not cover every procurement workflow.

Plan changes can affect limits on campaigns, requests, or features—read any confirmation modals carefully before confirming. Annual versus monthly choices affect cash flow more than product behavior; pick the term that matches your budgeting cadence.

Keep billing contacts aligned with whoever owns the corporate card, and document internally who can access Customer Portal links, since they arrive authenticated to Stripe’s hosted UI, not Reveddy’s.
