Organization settings and branding
Configure organization name, logo, brand color, email sender name, and embed domains for widgets and media security.
Under Settings → Organization, owners and admins maintain the identity customers see on collection pages and in some email touchpoints. Upload a crisp logo, set a brand color that meets contrast guidelines on light backgrounds, and adjust the email from name so recipients recognize your brand in the inbox.
Embed domains are a security control: list every origin where your storefront or marketing site will load Reveddy widgets (including staging domains if you test there). Omitting a domain results in blocked embed requests, which protects your testimonials from being scraped onto unrelated sites. Add both https://example.com and https://www.example.com patterns as required by your stack.
Changes propagate to new sessions quickly, but CDN or browser caches might delay visual updates on widgets—allow a few minutes and purge front-end caches if you use a proxy. Keep a changelog entry when rebranding so the team updates email templates and external ads to match.
If you rename the organization for acquisition or spin-out reasons, verify billing contacts and integration callbacks still align with legal entities that own connected Stripe or Shopify accounts.
