Settings → Profile is where you manage your individual identity inside Reveddy—separate from organization branding that customers see on collection pages. Your name and profile image appear in the sidebar, team lists, and audit contexts so colleagues know who approved a testimonial or changed a campaign.

Changing the email associated with login may require a flow that verifies the new address; follow on-screen prompts and watch both inboxes for confirmation links. If your organization uses Google sign-in exclusively, keep the Google account email aligned with the invite you accepted.

Profile settings do not change outbound customer email domains—that remains under Organization settings and provider configuration. If your photo fails to load, re-upload a square image under a few megabytes and avoid exotic formats; standard JPEG or PNG works best.

For password-based accounts, rotate credentials if you suspect compromise and ensure you are not reusing a password from another service. Pair with device-level security policies your company already mandates.
