Shopify integration
Connect Shopify to Reveddy, fulfill-triggered testimonial requests, default campaigns, and fixing common OAuth or webhook issues.
The Shopify integration listens for order fulfillment events so you can time testimonial asks after the package is on its way—or after digital delivery workflows mark fulfillment. During setup, you install the Reveddy app connection from the Integrations page, authorize your shop, and choose a default campaign that new automated requests should use.
Shopify’s webhooks call Reveddy when orders meet your fulfillment rules. If requests never appear, verify the integration shows connected, the default campaign is active, and that your fulfillment process actually fires in Shopify (partial fulfillments, local pickup, and third-party logistics can each behave differently). Also confirm the customer’s order includes an email; without it, the system cannot send a collection link.
You may operate multiple campaigns for different product lines; switch the integration’s default when your primary focus changes, or plan future support for routing rules if your operations are complex. Keep delays in the campaign aligned with realistic delivery times so customers do not receive “How was it?” before the product arrives.
If you reinstall or migrate shops, re-authorize OAuth and watch server logs for webhook signature errors—usually they indicate a mismatched app secret or stale custom app configuration. Reveddy’s support team can help trace a specific order ID if you provide the shop domain and approximate fulfillment time.
