Get Reveddy notifications in Slack, review testimonials from channels, and keep moderation inside your team’s existing workflow.
The Slack integration brings testimonial activity into the place your team already works. After you authorize the Reveddy app for your workspace, events such as new submissions can post to a channel you choose, often with enough context to decide whether to open the dashboard for a full review.
This pattern reduces email noise and shortens the gap between a customer submitting praise and a marketer approving it for the homepage widget. Some teams route notifications to a private #reviews channel with clear ownership—whoever is on call for community management handles approvals during business hours.
Permissions in Slack still matter: limit the Reveddy app to necessary channels and revisit tokens if your security policy rotates integrations periodically. If messages stop appearing, re-run the OAuth flow from Integrations and confirm the bot was not removed from the channel.
Slack complements rather than replaces the dashboard: detailed edits, tagging, bulk actions, and widget configuration remain in the web app. Use Slack for awareness and quick triage; use Reveddy for structured moderation and publishing.
