Settings → Team is where owners and admins invite colleagues by email and assign roles. Owners typically manage billing, integrations, and destructive actions. Admins operate day to day across campaigns and testimonials. Members might only moderate content or view analytics depending on future granularity—check the in-product hints for your plan’s exact matrix.

Invite flows send a link to join the organization; until accepted, pending invites should appear in your roster. Remove departed employees promptly so OAuth tokens and dashboard access do not linger. If someone uses a personal email by mistake, revoke and re-invite on a company domain for easier offboarding.

Least-privilege practices: not everyone needs Stripe connect keys or API secrets exposed in their workflow. Pair Reveddy roles with your identity provider’s groups if you document them in an internal wiki.

For agencies managing multiple clients, prefer separate organizations per client rather than sharing one, so billing and data residency stay clean—switch between them with the organization switcher instead of overloading a single workspace.
